Critical Information
Kemex Player is a neutral technology platform and media player application. We do not:
- ✗Provide, host, or distribute any content
- ✗Create, maintain, or control M3U playlists
- ✗Stream or rebroadcast any content
- ✗Have any affiliation with content providers
Kemex Player is similar to VLC Media Player or Windows Media Player—it's a tool that plays media from sources that users provide themselves. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have legal rights to access any content they stream.
Our Position on Copyright
Kemex Player respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws worldwide.
As a technology platform, we do not control what content users access through our application. Users input their own M3U/M3U8 playlist URLs, which are stored locally on their devices. We have no visibility into, control over, or responsibility for the content of these playlists.
User Responsibilities
By using Kemex Player, users agree to:
✓ Verify Legal Rights
Users must ensure they have legal authorization to access any content they stream through Kemex Player. This includes having proper subscriptions, licenses, or permissions from content owners.
✓ Respect Copyright Laws
Users must not use Kemex Player to access copyrighted content without proper authorization. Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international copyright laws.
✓ Accept Full Liability
Users are solely liable for their use of the app and any content they access. Kemex Player and its developers are not responsible for users' actions or the content they choose to stream.
Filing a DMCA Notice
While we do not host or control content, we will respond appropriately to valid DMCA notices regarding:
- •Content within our marketing materials (website, screenshots, promotional videos)
- •In-app assets (icons, logos, UI elements) that may infringe on your copyright
Required Information
To file a valid DMCA notice, please include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (specific location in our app/website)
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate
Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, and consent to jurisdiction of federal court

Repeat Infringer Policy
Kemex Player has a policy of terminating user accounts or access in appropriate circumstances for users who are repeat infringers. However, as we do not operate user accounts or control content access, enforcement primarily involves:
- •Removing infringing content from our marketing materials
- •Cooperating with law enforcement when required by law
- •Updating our educational materials to emphasize legal use
Our Commitment
We are committed to working in good faith with copyright owners and rights holders. While we cannot control how users utilize our technology, we will promptly address any legitimate concerns about content we directly control.
