Kemex Player is a media player application that allows users to stream content from M3U/M3U8 playlists provided by third-party sources. The App is a player only - we do NOT provide, host, or distribute any streaming content, channels, or playlists.

By using Kemex Player, you agree to:

  • Legal Content Only: Stream only content you have legal rights to access
  • Your Own Playlists: You are responsible for obtaining and using legal M3U/M3U8 sources
  • Copyright Compliance: Respect copyright laws in your jurisdiction
  • No Piracy: Do not use the App for accessing pirated or illegal content

8. Free vs. Premium Features

Kemex Player offers both free and premium versions. Free version may include advertisements. Premium features require a one-time purchase and are non-refundable unless required by law.

Kemex Player is rated for general audiences. However, content accessed through user-provided playlists may not be appropriate for all ages. Users must be 18+ or have parental consent.
